Hi I'm Michelle! I am the trainer at Kirei Lash Co. My journey as a lash technician started in 2020 when I took my first virtual training course. I saw several ads and my interest in the beauty service industry grew so I decided to take a course. To say the least, I felt discouraged and confused after completing the certification due to the lack of support and depth in material. After months of consistent practice, I started to gain confidence in my work and post it online practicing on anyone who was willing to let me. Many late nights and crazy work hours with up to 11 clients a day in addition to the support of my clients, family, and friends has lead to my success as a lash tech in Vancouver. Now 4 years later, Ive had the pleasure of servicing over 400 different clients in the Greater Vancouver area and accumulated over 3500 appointments in experience. Having a good support system makes all the difference which is what I plan to provide when you enroll in this program. After taking many business and lash courses myself, I've taken the time to curate a program that I am proud to lead, and will help those wishing to do the same just like myself.
