ALL ABOUT KIREI LASH CO
Hi I'm Michelle! I am the creator and trainer at Kirei Lash Co. My journey as a lash technician started in 2020 when I took my first virtual training course. I saw several ads and my interest in the beauty service industry grew so I decided to try it out. To say the least, I felt discouraged and confused after completing the certification due to the lack of support and depth in material. After months of consistent practice, I started to gain confidence in my work and post it online practicing on anyone who was willing to let me. Many late nights and crazy work hours with up to 11 clients a day in addition to the support of my clients, family, and friends has lead to my success as a lash tech in Vancouver. Having a good support system makes all the difference. After taking many business and lash courses myself, I've taken the time to curate a program that I am proud to lead, and help those wishing to do the same just like myself.

Where It All Started
From a young age, I've been drawn to art and creativity. Whether dancing, making music, or enjoying sports, I've always found joy in expressing myself. But it was the detailed work of crafting that truly captured my heart, bringing me peace and relaxation. Early on, I dabbled in entrepreneurship, starting a YouTube channel for arts and crafts tutorials and even pitching a product on Dragons' Den at just 14 (let's just say it didn't go as planned). Little did I know, these experiences were just the beginning of my journey with lashes, which began at 17.
During the challenges of COVID, I took the opportunity to practice and perfect my lash techniques in my basement after completing my lash course. My dad let me "borrow" his Lazy-boy recliner as a makeshift salon chair which has now become a client favourite. (Sorry dad!)
Fueled by a passion for both beauty and business, I decided to pursue a Bachelor's in Business Administration at SFU while still serving clients in Vancouver. Now, as I near the end of my studies, I'm grateful for the relationships I've built and the lessons I've learned, as well as the unwavering support of my clients. Whether you're looking for beautiful lashes or want to learn the art of lashing yourself, I'm here to make a difference in your everyday life. It's been amazing to see my business grow from its humble beginnings to where it is today.
As I enter the final stretch of my academic journey, I want to thank each and every one of you for being a part of this incredible ride. Here's to many more years of learning, growing, and sharing beautiful experiences together.
