  • Why are massage beds and ring light not included in my training kit?
For the duration of the training you will have access to a ring light and massage bed but they are not included in your starter kit to take home. They are available as an add-on option. Not including these items decreases initial costs and gives you the freedom of customizing your space in the future. If you need recommendations feel free to ask!
  • Do the group and private training have the same manual?
Yes they do. The group and private training have the same manual, starter kit and benefits. The only difference is the amount of people in the room with you.
  • What are the differences between Classic Hybrid and Volume?
    1. Classic Lashes: Classic lashes involve attaching one extension to one natural lash. This style provides a natural and subtle enhancement to the lashes, giving them added length and thickness. Classic lashes are great for those who want a simple, everyday look or who have naturally full lashes but want to enhance them further. 2. Hybrid Lashes: Hybrid lashes are a combination of classic and volume lash techniques. This style involves attaching a mix of single extensions (like in classic lashes) and multiple thinner extensions (like in volume lashes) to each natural lash. The result is a more textured and voluminous look compared to classic lashes but not as dramatic as volume lashes. Hybrid lashes are suitable for those who want a bit more fullness and texture than what classic lashes offer but still prefer a somewhat natural look. Volume Lashes: Volume lashes involve attaching multiple thinner extensions to each natural lash. This technique creates a fuller and more dramatic look compared to classic or hybrid lashes. Volume lashes are ideal for those who desire maximum volume, thickness, and a glamorous appearance. Despite the fuller look, volume lashes are designed to be lightweight, so they shouldn't feel heavy or uncomfortable on the eyes.
  • Do lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
When applied and cared for properly, eyelash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. However, if the extensions are too heavy or if they are applied incorrectly, they can cause strain on the natural lashes and lead to breakage. It's essential to choose a skilled and experienced lash technician who understands lash health.
  • Can I wear makeup with eyelash extensions?
Yes, you can wear makeup with eyelash extensions, but it's essential to use oil-free products and avoid waterproof mascara, as oil-based products can break down the adhesive and cause the extensions to fall out prematurely.
  • How long do eyelash extensions last?
Eyelash extensions typically last between 4 to 6 weeks, (until the full set falls out) depending on factors such as the natural growth cycle of your lashes, your aftercare routine, and the type of adhesive used. If you choose to book a refill it should be 2-4 weeks after your most recent appointment to ensure there are 50% of your eyelash extensions left for your technician to apply the appropriate amount of extensions.
  • How do I clean my eyelash extensions?
It's important to keep your eyelash extensions clean to prevent buildup of dirt, oil, and bacteria, which can lead to irritation or infection. Use a lash shampoo or a gentle, oil-free cleanser and a clean mascara wand or brush to gently cleanse the lashes, taking care not to rub or tug on them and patting dry with a towel to ensure the towel fibres do not get caught to extension attachment points.
  • How do I remove eyelash extensions?
It's best to have eyelash extensions professionally removed by a trained technician to avoid damaging your natural lashes. However, if you need to remove them at home, never pull or tug on the extensions. Instead, use a specially formulated eyelash extension remover or consult with your technician for guidance.
